Potential causes

This error may be caused by one or more of the following conditions. Please note that this list is not exhaustive; there may be error conditions that are not accounted for. If you are having difficulty identifying the cause of an error, please contact us and ask for help.

• Is the resource private? Private resources are frequently visible within the DIVA system, but have limited functionality for users who are not explicitly granted access to full functionality for that resource. For example, private bundles may have their high-level metadata visible, but may not be downloaded.
• You are not logged in. Some features or content of DIVA are only available to logged in users with appropriate permissions. If you are attempting to access your private DIVA workspace, for example, you must first login. If you have a DIVA account, you may login at the top right.
• The resource may be restricted to access by logged-in faculty or persons at a CSU campus. Some resources may have their access restricted to logged-in faculty users or to anonymous users who are working at a CSU campus.
