ETHIOPIAN 2ND GONDARINE STYLE Anonymous (c. 1730 - 19th c): Sahle Selassie rebuilt the monastery which had been burned in an Oromo raid. The architecture of the entrance and surrounding tower shows the influence of the Portuguese.
