Sergey SPERANSKY (1914-1983): Commemorates the victims of the Siege of Leningrad (8 September 1941-27 January 1944) by the Nazis. 641,000-800,000 Russians died during the Siege. The monument was designed by Speransky and Kamensky, with sculpture by Anikushin.
