Miner F. BUTLER (active 2nd h 19th c - ): The first design was done by Reuben Clark in 1856 but that was abandoned. From 1860-1865 Minor F. Butler worked on the design while Clark supervised the construction. G. Parker Cummings was in charge from 1865 to 1874 with an interlude by Henry Kenitzer and AA Bennet in 1870-71.
