ETRUSCAN Anonymous: The arch of the Porta Marzia provided a gateway into the city of Perugia during the Hellenistic petiod. The arch shown is the upper portion of the gate and the only surviving piece of the original Porta Marzia. The arch was incorpotared into the wall of the Rocca Paolina by Antonio da Sangallo in the 16th century.
