ROMAN IMPERIAL Anonymous (14 BCE - 284 CE): The life-size statue belongs to the Pergamon Museum in Berlin. It is composed of about 40 fragments; some original and some from restoration campaigns of the 17th-19th centuries. The statue was in danger of collapse. A conservation project between the Pergamon Museum and the Getty involved taking the statue apart and reassembling it.
