ROMAN PROVINCIAL Anonymous (active c. 300 BCE - 500 CE): A notable citizen of Sabratha, Flavius Tullus financed the aqueduct that supplied water to the city, and had 12 fountains placed throughout the city. The columns of the Temple of Liber Pater are in the background.
