Art & Politics: S.F. Print Collective (Updated over a year ago)
Members of the San Francisco Print Collective describe their organizational history while showing images they produced as the "propaganda arm" of several social movements of the past decade, notably the Mission Anti-Displacement Coalition and other anti-gentrification efforts. Unsual for their ability to build working alliances in different communities, their talk was an exciting presentation, covering many issues facing artists and activists trying to integrate their politics with art and community.
