They are contesting Barry's legal right to leave the Warriors to play at the Oakland Oaks. Barry tells Williams that at the present time he would not consider playing for the Warriors and Mieuli states: "I think Nate Thurmond demonstrated a great deal of loyalty, good judgment and I think ... the city should be proud of Nate Thurmond."
