KPFA Radio Play Watergate Tapes

KPIX Eyewitness News report from May 7th 1974 by Ben Williams in Berkeley, featuring scenes of KPFA disc jockey and Music Director Charles Amirkhanian playing dramatized readings of the Watergate Tapes on-air, with dialogue from Station Manager Roger Pritchard. Williams goes on to state that the station will be playing 40 hours of dramatic readings from the Watergate transcripts and interviews a spokesman, who explains that they used actors to try and create a sense of realism for listeners.
