KPIX Eyewitness news report from February 25th, 1968, featuring a police press conference announcing that Bobby Seale and his wife Artie have been charged with illegal possession of a firearm and conspiracy to commit murder. Also includes an interview with Bobby Seale in which he denies all the charges against him and calls them "erroneous." During the interview Seale briefly discusses Huey P. Newton's upcoming court case, saying, "I feel that they just don't want Huey to have a fair trial." Note that some audio distortion is present.
