Grateful Dead at Courthouse I
KPIX Eyewitness news report from October 5th 1967 featuring an interview with rock band The Grateful Dead's lawyer, who comments on how a disproportinate number of arrests for marijuana possesion in San Francisco seem to be in the Haight Ashbury. Members of The Grateful Dead had just been arrested for possession of marijuana, in their Haight Ashbury house. Includes brief views of the group, their manager and entourage leaving court and bass player of Phil Lesh being read his rights.
