The Pendulum Bar at 4146 18th Street; Cock-A-Doodle-Do Cafe is gone. The Pendulum Bar was known as the black & white bar for racially mixed couples and people looking for partners; Anti-black discrimination exists in the gay community. The Badlands bar, across the street, was accused of being anti-black.
