East at the north side of Fulton from Steiner Street - 1987 (Updated over a year ago)

On the horizon is 100 McAllister and City Hall. In the middle of the block at 864 Fulton is the old Cathedral of the Holy Virgin. Farther east, the landscape is lower buildings and lots of trees. This is a redevelopment area. Photo of a large white apartment complex located along the southeast corner of Fulton and Steiner Streets.
