1033-1035 was built in 1934 replacing a one-story 1880s cottage. The octagonal sun room is original to the building. In the 1960s, the house had a moment of fame when a large party was held for dancers Margot Fonteyn and Rudolph Nureyev. 1045 is an Italianate built in 1877 - the oldest building on the block. It was moved here after the 1906 fire.
