The hill with the trees on the horizon is Lafayette Park. This is one of the six parks in Western Addition, including Alamo Square. The tall high rise to the left of the trees is a high rise residential building from the sixties or early seventies. The next cluster are buildings associated with California Pacific Medical Center, and the dome building is Temple Sherith Israel.
