This building was built on the side yard of 841-5 Fulton Street. At some point, it was subdivided so that the building contained 6 units instead of 3. This was Professor Max Kirkeberg's first residence in San Francisco, 1965-66. It consisted of a flat in the back on the second floor with seven furnished rooms rooms, three working fireplaces, a garage. Rent was $115 a month, including utilities.
