About This Item

Scanned PDF copy of a letter written by KQED's Program Manager Johnathan C. Rice to NET's Director of Distribution Donald L. Sandberg, dated July 26th 1961. In the letter Rice explains that the original video master copy of The Rejected documentary film is currently at Ann Arbor. He also states that he is anxious to try and schdule the program for Monday September 11th, which is in fact when it was first broadcast. It should be noted that there is a hand-written note on this typed letter which asks: "When are you coming out?" We are unable to verify who wrote this.
