They are demanding that 20 team leaders that had been cut from the Federal poverty budget be immediately reinstated and Shelley insists he won't committ himself to promises that can't be kept. Includes angry statements from the delgation including George Mason Murray, reminding Shelley that he won the last election in part with the support of San Francisco's African American community.
