KRON-TV news footage from October 20th 1966 featuring scenes from a San Francisco inquest hearing over the killing of teenager Matthew 'Peanut' Johnson by SFPD patrolman Alvin Johnson. This shooting in the Bayview Hunters Point neighborhood on September 27th 1966 provoked a social uprising in the local community and resulted in the National Guard being called out. Includes views of the courtroom, of Alvin Johnson and of Matthew 'Peanut' Johnson's family.
