Looking west at the north side of Liberty Street from Church Street - 2004 (Updated over a year ago)

Note that the street has a wide median divider and no Victorian style buildings are visible. The south side is so much higher than the north side that the south side also has views. This is not true for the 200 block - the south side views are blocked by buildings there.
