The streets running up and down but slightly skewed are 18th Street, Ford Street ending at Noe Street, and 17th Street intersecting Market Street at the top of the photo. The horizontal streets are Noe Street, Hartford Street, and two small streets from Market Street to 17th Street: Pond Street and Prospect Street. On 17th, between those two is the neighborhood health center. Market Street, at the top of the photo, shows construction activity associated with the new Muni Metro. Also at the top, between 17th Street and 18th Street, is the back of the Castro Theater.
