KPIX News report by Ed Arnow from September 15, 1968 featuring an art exhibition in San Francisco's Western Addition neighborhood. Includes scenes from an interview with one organizer who comments: "The purpose of this kind of exhibit is to give an opportunity to artists who don't have an easy time showing their art a chance to display in the communities from which they come and where they work and where they live and where people know them". The question is also posed: "How different is black art from white art?" Includes silent views of the art on display and exhibition space full of visitors.
