There are apartments above the ground floor commerce building. The corner business is El Plebeyo Peruvian Restaurant, followed to the right by a key-making business. To the very right is the Lady Luck Candle Shop. The Lady Luck Candle Shop was tied to African-Caribbean-Brazilian religious practices (prayers and curses). In the mid 1990s, the corner store was a retail casket showroom. See slide from 2012 for a later view.
