By 2012, Quin Yin was gone and a bunch of businesses occupied the space as follows: Auquus Resources, Cyclops Tattoo, Steven J. Axel Rod, Tax Accountants, Nelson Construction, Tough Customs, Recordings Language in Common Lee Swan, CMT. And then the ground floor was occupied by: Arinell Pizza NY Style, Zagat K&H Liquors.
