By 2012 the building is remodeled for multiple businesses. Dandelion Chocolates is a start-up by two men that started in a garage in East Palo Alto; their three single origin bars have only sugar, and no other ingredients but chocolate. At 742 Valencia Street is Abbot's Cellar, an upscale beer-centric restaurant. 746 Valencia Street became a new patisserie called Craftsman & Wolves opened by William Werner, former Chef at the Ritz Carlton.
