Compare with previous slide from 1988. Pozazz has been replaced by Bugaloo's, which - with its new color scheme- is highlighting the old signage from Percentage Drug Co. The building for Bugaloo is a Spanish Colonial Revival style. When going east on 22nd Street, these are the ground floor tenants: Mira Mira - women's clothes, The Pretty Pretty Collective - a salon, and Latin American Club bar. The biggest difference with the slide from 1988 is the popularity of Bugaloo's. See next slide.
