Caritas Management is in the other half of the building to the right. Caritas Management Corporation was founded by Mission Housing Development Corporation in 1983. Its mission is to manage affordable housing in a way that enhances the quality of life for residents and the surrounding community. The company manages more than 800 units, including family housing, senior housing, and single room occupancy (SRO) housing. It also provides services to other non-profits.
