This organization replaced the Salvadorian soccer club business in the previous slide, sometime after 2008. The organization was founded in 1999 after the death of Huo in 1998. The objective is to promote traditional Chinese culture. Huo devoted his life to Chinese calligraphy and painting. On March 18th, 2008, a four alarm fire broke out at the rear of 1470 Valencia Street. It burned for two hours and was fought by 130 firefighters. It spread south to the 24-unit apartment building (visibly being renovated in next slide). Ultimately, the entire block was evacuated, including the Dovre Club, full of St. Patrick's Day celebrants.
