Photographic spread of organizing members for the Biological Science Club at San Francisco State Teachers College organized in fall of 1931 by Science professor Edith A. Pickard in order to present modern views in all fields of science. Fall 1931 semester officers included Rudolph Rudd (president), Alcor Browne (vice president), and Anne Shaw (secretary) and spring 1932 semester officers included Rudolph Rudd (president), Helen Marshall (vice president), and Rose Kael (secretary).
