One student asks why public employees like Speaker Brown continue to receive wage increases while the public continues to receive tax increases. Other topics discussed include: standardized testing; immigration in California; California lottery money; graffiti in schools; California economic policy, and the school voucher system. Note: this footage was passed to SF State to be added to the Willie Brown Collection. We don't know who produced the footage.
