KRON-TV news footage from August 24th 1968 featuring brief scenes from a press conference by Founding Chairman and national organizer of the Black Panther Party Bobby Seale, in which he reflects on the use of intimidation and brute force by National Guard and police against public dissent in Chicago and elsewhere. He attributes this strategy to Vice President Hubert Humphrey and mayor of Chicago Richard J. Daley.
