KPIX-TV news footage from April 11th 1959 featuring scenes of reporter Fort Pearson interviewing actress Anne Baxter (1923-1985) in San Francisco. Her maternal grandfather architect Frank Lloyd Wright (1867-1959) has just passed away on April 9th in St. Joseph's Hospital in Phoenix, AR and she discusses her close relationship with Wright. Baxter describes what she was doing when her grandfather died, reveals that his favorite actress was Marlene Dietrich and also explains that she's just finished shooting a movie in Sydney Australia, called Summer of the Seventeenth Doll.
