KPIX-TV news footage from June 14, 1967 featuring brief scenes from a press conference in Sacramento by California's Governor Ronald Reagan, who states that he wants to avoid the inclusion of potential "loopholes" in the Therapeutic Abortion Act, passed by the State Senate yesterday. He says: "I would like to see, make sure that we are not ... passing a hypocritical bill."
