Juno-Ann K. Clarke. 1960. Professor of Home Economics (Dietetics). BS (1956) Michigan State University; MS (1950) and Ph.D. (1969) University of Californian, Berkeley; advanced study SF State. Clarke was instrumental in developing new approaches to post-graduate dietetic nutrition and allied fields education. In 1970 she was an early recipient of a world-wide fellowship from the American Association of College Women to study medical implications of organic foods, vegetarianism, and macrobiotics.
