Gateway and Capstone ideas (Updated over a year ago)

Some general ideas of what our gateway and capstone class might include. I think we could vary the class year by year through selecting a different interdisciplinary theme (environment, AIDS, etc.) and approach each class from that perspective. As you can see, a lot of what went into this came out of our various conversations.
