This collection consists of photographs taken by the former Audio-Visual/Instructional Television Center (AV/ITV), now Academic Technology, at San Francisco State University throughout the 20th century. The photos document the development of the 19th and Holloway San Francisco State campus, which opened in 1953 to accommodate for a rapidly growing student body. In addition to the physical construction of the University, this collection reveals the progression of student life at SF State through depictions of campus facilities and living areas, events, student life, and other activities throughout the decades.
These collections are hosted by the DIVA Team at Academic Technology, San Francisco State University.
