SFSU Commencement Ceremony, May 1975

A wide view of San Francisco State University’s May 1975 commencement ceremony, photographed from an elevated vantage point overlooking the athletic field. Graduates in academic regalia are seated in orderly rows across the grass, while a large crowd of family members and guests fills the surrounding stands. The stage platform is visible to the right, where university officials and speakers preside over the ceremony. The image captures the scale of mid-1970s commencement exercises at SFSU, reflecting the university’s continued growth during the post-1960s era.
