Reginald Bell: Professor of Psychology; Dean of Instruction

Reginald Bell. 1948. Professor of Psychology; Dean of Instruction. AB (1916) Oberlin; AM (1928) Stanford University. Retired 1962-1963. Bell followed Pres. J. Paul Leonard to Teachers College at Columbia University for two years then advised the Ministry of Education for the national government of India on how to improve secondary education and teacher training. Bell died in March 1980.
