Istvan Nadas. 1962. Associate Professor of Applied Music in the Music Department. Diploma (1945) Liszt Ferenc National Academy of Music in Hungary as composer and concert pianist. Nadas performed a series of piano recitals televised on KQED during the early 1960s. He recorded J. S. Bach’s Well-Tempered Clavier as well as twentieth century piano music.
