About this collection

This digital archive is a compilation of research, programs and events, and written documents that the Center for Iranian Diaspora Studies produced during the years of 2018-2025. Under the direction of Dr. Persis Karim, the Center sought to expand research and knowledge about Iranian diaspora communities and culture locally, nationally, and internationally. In June 2025, the program was defunded by the donor and university; this archive is a record of the many activities hosted and directed by the Center over its eight years of existence.
