About This Item

Two different events. In the first, people drink, celebrate, flirt, and play music in what appears to be a gay bar. A large sign promotes the election campaign of the future Empress Reba of the Imperial Court of San Francisco; Reba appears out of drag. The second part of the video depicts a party in which people wear drag and elaborate costumes.
