Looking east on the sidewalk over 17th Street; See earlier slides. Note nude men; C.W. Nevius had been trying to build outrage over the nudity here. He was stymied because no business adjacent to the business would complain. Early in the next year, the Supervisors do ban this type of nudity, as opposed to Folsom St. Fair, Pride Parade, etc
