Sanborn Map - Pierce, McAllister, Scott, and Golden Gate Avenue
About This Item
At the top is Pierce Street, on right is McAllister Street, on the bottom is Scott Street, and the left side is Golden Gate Avenue. Most of the Victorians on the McAllister side have been torn down and replaced by newer buildings, but at least half of Golden Gate Avenue, still preserves a row of Italianate Victorians and for that reason is included in the Alamo Square Historic District.
