Peralta Heights section of Britton and Reyes map of Greater San Francisco - 1906
About This Item
Photographed by Terry McAteer, student, in 1978. The title of the map is: "Britton and Reyes map of greater San Francisco." By this time, Peralta has replaced California Avenue as the name of the street. Most of the streets from the Mission District have not extended into Bernal Heights, except for York Street. The map also shows, very clearly, Adam and Eve streets to the northeast of the end of Peralta Street.
