East end of the 200 block of Precita Avenue, looking west at the south side of the street. This is a mixed residential neighborhood, with some more old-fashioned Victorians and some more modern homes. The second building on the left (white), which is more modern, is the only one in that row that isn't set back; Victorian-era homes always had a front yard.
