About This Item

Focus on Precita Avenue and Alabama Street as seen from Bernal Heights. Precita runs west to east, slightly diagonally in the middle of the slide. The playground is on Precita Avenue, near the trees on the far left. The intersection is Alabama and Precita; at this time the corners were occupied by corner groceries. The southeast corner is now Precita Park Cafe and the northwest corner has had a variety of uses - day care, pet store, etc.
