East at Costa Street from Franconia Street near Massasoit Street - 1986
About This Item
Beyond Costa Street is another good view of the Islais Creek industrial region, which is bisected by the Interstate 280. The building at the edge of the San Francisco Bay with double smokestacks is probably a Pacific Gas & Electric plant, which has now been removed.
