Baghdad Cafe AIDS Mural on the southeast corner of 16th Street Market Street - 2004
About This Item
Mural has been vandalized but will be restored by 2011. This is just about the only memorial to AIDS in the city. There was a wonderful mural about women and AIDS at the southeast corner of Scott Street and Haight Street but it was also destroyed by graffiti. See related slides.
