About This Item

Note the passenger waiting area on the left. In 2011 the MUNI shelter was boarded up. The shelter had been abused by drug users and the homeless. The final straw was when a woman, trying to get high on fumes, set it on fire. The building is historic; there is only one other, at the beach.
